Work and Working Out

Not sure if you have the time or energy to get to the gym before or during your work day? Think again!

According to a study by the University of Bristol in England people who exercised before or during their work day showed the following:

  • 72% improved their time management
  • 74% managed their workload better
  • 79% were sharper and more focused

Now get to work. And the gym. Your body and boss will thank you.
