“Move over bacon, now there’s something leaner!”

Did you know that 1 cup of whole milk contains as much saturated fat as 5 (FIVE!) strips of bacon?

Neither did I.

A simple switch from whole milk to 2% would save you 44 calories and 3 grams of fat per cup. Drop to skim and you’ve saved 80 calories and avoided saturated fat entirely.

Don’t underestimate the difference. These types of small changes add up over the long haul in both weight loss and overall health.
