Class Format: A circuit training class that uses a variety of equipment and fitness accessories, resistance training, cardio, and conditioning exercises to give you a total body workout. No two workouts will be the same in order to keep your body guessing and your mind stimulated. It’s a fast-paced, fun workout environment suitable for all fitness levels. The class is small enough that I can give individualized attention as well as modify every exercise for your fitness level.
